The processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days (local Seattle pick up orders and orders that are shipped). All packages ship via USPS. After processing, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 days, and 15-21 business days internationally. Local pick up is in Seattle, WA only. 3131 Western Ave Seattle, WA 98121 is the only place where your order can be picked up in person. All other orders must be shipped.

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our refund policy. Please note, Melanin Bachelorette reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Melanin Bachelorette.
